The Pig

Below, you will see a snapshot of our lobby and table screens. Each snapshot is labeled with letters that correspond to an explanation key that can be found below each picture. Also, be sure to have a look at our features page to read about some of the terrific features available exclusively at The Pig Poker.

A.The main menu items give players access to many different options.

B.Click the game tabs (e.g. 7 Card Stud) to view the current and available tables.

C.The Table column lists tables vertically down the column. Real money tables are named after exotic locations and play money tables are simply labeled Play money.

D.The Stakes column indicates the limit stakes being played at each table. Real money games range between $0.50/$1 and $20/$40. Play money stakes are simply labeled "play".

E.The Player (Plrs) column indicates the number of players currently seated at each table.
The Average Pot (Avg Pot) column indicates the average pot size over the past 20 hands.
The Players per Flop (Plrs/Flp) column indicates the percentage of players, based on the average of the last 20 hands, that "see the flop". A player that folds before the flop is considered to have not seen the flop. The Waiting List (Wait) column displays how many players are waiting for that particular table. If you are currently waiting for that table, it will also show you your position on the waiting list.

F.The Player List will show you the User ID, city and chips for every player seated at the table being displayed. The list will instantly update when you select a different table. If there are players waiting for that particular table, they will also appear on the list.

G.Click the Go To Table button to go to the selected table. You can also double click the table name from C as a shortcut.

H.Click the Waiting List button to join a waiting list for the selected game. You will be notified when a seat becomes available. If you are waiting for a new game, you will be notified when the game is ready to begin.

Click the Cashier button to conduct your real money deposits and withdrawals

A.The player ovals display each player's User ID and amount of chips they have on the table. By moving your mouse over a player oval, text will display the city he/she is from. When a player oval lights-up, it indicates it is his/her turn to act.

B.The rake for real money tables is clearly displayed. Click Rake for details.

C.The boardcards are located in the center of the table. These are community cards and are shared by all active players. See game rules.

D.The pot is located in the center of the table. By moving your mouse over the pot, text will display the total size of the pot.

E.Betting action is clear and easy to follow as chips are displayed in neat even stacks. Above, one stack of three $1 chips indicates a bet of $3, a raise will be two stacks, a re-raise three stacks and a cap four stacks.

F.The button is a flat disk indicating the theoretical dealer of each hand. The button moves clockwise to the next active player after each game. Click game rules to learn more about the button and blinds.

G.The game number is located in the upper right corner and every game played has its own unique number. This number is very useful when retrieving hand history.

H.Check the Auto-post blind box to automatically have your blinds posted when it is your turn to post.
Check the Sit out box to sit out each new hand while still keeping your seat.
Check the Fold in turn box to automatically fold your hand when it's your turn.
Check the Quiet Dealer box to turn off most of the dealer chatter.

I.The betting action buttons allow you to select whether you wish to Fold, Call or Raise. The buttons will indicate how much each of these actions will cost.

J.Your cards will appear large and face-up.

K.The chat box displays both dealer chat and player chat.

L.Click the view lobby button to view the lobby window while still sitting and playing at the table.

Click the leave table button to get out of your seat, pick up your chips and leave the table.
